Shipping Information
All Small orders are shipped via USPS Post Office as:
USPS Standard shipping 3 to 6 Days (USA all States ALWAYS FREE)
USPS Priority Mail 3 Days
Big Package are Shipped via UPS Ground Service
We ship same business day for all purchases before 2:00pm Pacific from the time an order is received. Once you have placed the order you will receive an email from us updated you order was shipped with tracking number.
Damage Package If you receive your package or Part damage you must to inform us in a period of 2 Days before receive the package email us immediately Full Name, Order Number, detail what happened and pictures to info@mastrolift.com. We will check your case. Do not send any item back without a Return Number Authorization
Returns Defective Parts 15 Days to Return Defective Parts from the delivered to contact us. After 15 Days Since the package arrived at his destination Mastrolift Investment Corp Will be not responsible or obligated to receive and or refund any Defective part. All returns must to be pre-approved with a Return Number Authorization before ship it
Mastrolift Investment Corp is not obligated to refund any part by unrealistic expectations because you don't like it, don't need it anymore or by disappointed with the item. We will not process any case.
