Shipping Information

• Small orders are shipped via USPS:

• Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

• Priority Mail: 3 business days

• Large packages are shipped via UPS Ground Service.

We ship the same business day for all purchases placed before 2:00 pm Pacific Time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Damaged Packages If you receive a damaged package or part, you must inform us within 2 days of receipt. Please email us your Full Name, Order Number, a description of the issue, and photos to mastrolift@gmail.com. Do not return any item without a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Returns – Defective Parts

You have 15 days from delivery to report and return defective parts.

After 15 days, Mastrolift Investment Corp. is not responsible for refunds or returns.

All returns must be pre-approved with a Return Authorization Number before shipping.

We do not provide refunds for reasons such as: dislike of the item, no longer needing it, or unrealistic expectations.
